Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus

Yay! I've finally put a song on my blog. It's called BREATHING by Lifehouse. I used to think that song is called 'Where I Want To Be' because Ken send me the song with the name like this, not only that, the song repeated 'Where I Want To Be' like hell load of times. Can't blame me for getting the title wrong xD

Presenting you all, Lifehouse!

From left to right:
Rick Woolstenhulme Jr. (drums), Bryce Soderberg (bass), and Jason Wade (guitar/vocals).

BREATHING

I'm finding my way back to sanity again
though I don't really know what I'm gonna do when I get there
and take a breath and hold on tight
spin around one more time
and gracefully fall back to the arms of grace

cause I am hanging on every word you say and
even if you don't want to speak tonight
that's alright, alright with me
cause I want nothing more than
to sit outside Heaven's door
and listen to you breathing
is where I wanna be yeah

I'm looking past the shadows in my mind into the truth and I'm
trying to identify the voices in my head
God which one's you
let me feel one more time what it
feels like to feel and
break these calluses off of me
one more time

cause I am hanging on every word you say and
even if you don't wanna speak tonight
that's alright, alright with me
cause I want nothing more than
to sit outside your door
and listen to your breathing
is where I wanna be yeah
where I wanna be

I don't want a thing from you
bet you're tired of me
waiting for the scraps to fall off of your table to the ground
cause I just want to be here now

cause I am hanging on every word you say and
even if you don't wanna speak tonight
that's alright, alright with me
cause I want nothing more than
to sit outside Heaven's door
and listen to your breathing
is where I wanna be yeah

cause I am hanging on every word you say and
even if you don't wanna speak tonight
that's alright, alright with me
cause I want nothing more than
to sit outside Heaven's door
and listen to you breathing
is where I wanna be yeah
where I wanna be

Went to suntec city to eat dinner with wynne and jane, and jon pangseh-ed us. RAWR. Haha, did some catching up and stuff, was really fun to talk to them. I think i spend too much yesterday. Went to Starbucks to drink coffee, went to eat KFC. Need to start spending less money. Especially when i'm under financial control by my dad >_>"

Anyway, we found this very interesting book at Times Bookstore. It's called "Everything Men know about Women". Of course, Men has always tried to decipher the thinking of their counter species, Women. And i know Men would definitely like to take a look at this book. So naturally, i went to open the book to see what interesting stuff is written inside.

Ah, crap. Tried to upload yesterday's photo into my computer, but was unsuccessful. Will do it some other time.

[ Due to the ultimate Google Search Engine, i manage to find photos of the exact same book i saw at the bookstore. Looks like some other blogger find this book really interesting too :3 ]

The ultimate book of answers (appiles to Men only)

"ZOMG! I HAVE TO SEE WHAT'S INSIDE! ALL THE ANSWERS MAYBE INSIDE!"

To my extreme surprise -_-"

ALL THE PAGES ARE BLANK!! IS THAT SUPPOSE TO BE A JOKE?!

After staring at the book for like a few mins wondering why is it all blank pages, could it be a HUGE printing error?! Took out other copies of the same book, all of them are blank pages!!

Finally, i realised the book actually had a meaning. The book is trying to put across one point.

Men know NOTHING about Women

NOTHING. That's why all the pages are blank. I know some of my female readers will be laughing, but i couldn't agree more with this guy who 'wrote' this book, uh, Dr. Alan Francis.

Ok, the blogger (aaron) who had photos of this book write something really true about it. Here is what he wrote

Yes, it is true that men do not know anything about women and probably would not be able to understand women (men like me for example ) and this book is not about generalizing ladies to a category but is all about for you to go out there to find out what should be written in the book itself. No one person are alike, everyone is unique. If there is a book telling you how to handle 1001 girls, and suddenly you got the 1002 girl...

Very true right?

Kinda understood what they meant by, "Men are from Mars, and Women are from Venus"

In case if all of you're wondering, here is the back cover.

Do you all see the stars? -_-"

There's like 4 of them, i wonder if it's real or fake >_>"

And if you're too lazy to click on the picture to enlarge, i typed out what is written on the back cover.

Famed psychologist Alan Lowell Francis has written a landmark book on men's understanding of that most complex of creatures: women. Based on years of research and interviews with thousands of men from all walks of life, he presents the most complete picture ever revealed of men's knowledge of the opposite sex. Fiercely and brilliantly insightful, this work spells out everything men know about such topics as:

- making friends with women
- romancing women
- achieving emotional intimacy with women
- making comments to women
- satisfying women in bed

--------------

Now, i'm starting to doubt if he really did the research. Thousands of men from all walks of life, all say the same thing about women?

"I know NOTHING about women!"

Fiercely and brilliantly insightful

Couldn't agree more. I went "WHAAAAAAAT" when i saw blank pages ( fiercely confused :x), and i think it pretty much sums it all ( brilliantly insightful)

Oh yea, if you realised the book is sold at 2.99 pounds and sold at SGD20 in Singapore. People from United Kingdom will probably buy it, since it's only 3 dollars there. But, who in the right mind will buy it in Singapore? 20 dollars for a reality check? I don't think so :)
