New blog skin, all thanks to SISTA

Let me present to you, my new blog skin!

It's done by my beloved god-sista. I bet she spend quite awhile on it, so all credits go to her! Of course, she helped me with some of the stuff here so more thanks to her.

Now that i have changed my blog skin. I realised that there's no title to all my posts. Dang, it looks uber fugly without all those titles. So i have decided to add titles to all my posts. It's a long and painful process. I think i should use my free time to add titles. I did like the lastest 30+ posts, and i gave up -_-"

Anyway, Miss Wu replied me about my HSA report, because i asked her for pointers to improve my report.

Hi Hong Wei, ok, in everything you do you get to learn something. So i will give some comments that you can learn on report writing for field trips for future reports,ok?

Comments :
1. Author can capture thoughts and pen well. However for such technical reports, content would not be so narrative, but should capture more facts and stats to back up the facts. Therefore, you are right, Hong Wei, there is a need to take notes if no notes are given. In addition, some research into one or two points that has stimulated your interest in the topic would be good. Eg if you find criminology most intereting or narcotic lab most interesting then a research for depth into one of these will add the "wow" value to the report.

2. Normally for field trips, the trip is like the practical session to allow student to visualise the real world practicing the theories they learn from lectures. So the application part is important. Hence say next time when you visit NUH for the pathology module field trip, you will visit radiology lab, pathology lab and observe diagnostic procedures. Your report should relate your what you study about diseases to the lab work you visit.

3. Report should have an introduction, body, and conclusion paragraph.

However for this report its fine since its not a real field trip report for you and your classmates. Its just an additional exposure and to capture your impressions from the trip. So, glad that you enjoyed the trip and learn many things from it.

Ok, i totally laughed at the part when she say that my report is way too narrative. I agree, my report is like a story book. Of course, i didn't take any notes down because i have no freaking paper and pen at my side. How am i suppose to give a very detail and good report? Oh well, it's not graded and it's my first report. So all mistakes should be forgiven! Haha!

Now that my blog skin is changed, i should be adding more pictures to my blog. The reason why i didn't add pictures when i was having the old skin, is because it makes my whole blog looks damn fugly, the page was freaking stretched. Oh well, i hope this blog skin should be "photo friendly"
